How it works
From day one to month end.
Set up once. Then every duty day, every week of reviews and every month end build on the same record.
Day 1, once
Your company sets the rules.
Three jobs in the web dashboard. Mr Rider sets no rate and suggests none.
Day1
- Write your travel rulesYour rate per km, weekly off, and what is held for a person.
- Add riders and managersThey sign in on the phone app. Managers do not ride.
- Set start points and territoriesWhere duty begins. Starting elsewhere alerts the manager.
Every duty day
Only the duty is road.
Tracking runs from punch in to punch out, through a lost signal, and is measured on the server. The rest of the day stays blank.

Every week
Managers decide what was held.
Each decision carries a reason the rider can read.
